Dr Gaddam is very attentive to his patients and their concerns and medical history.His office staff and assistant are also very pleasant to deal with.I highly recommend him!

I have been seeing Dr Pablani for over 8 months now. Throughout this difficult period of my life, she demonstrated being an outstanding doctor.First, she came to see me in her administrative day when I was in despair due to the severity of my symptoms. Then, with great knowledge she carefully chose the right treatment for my rare disease (treatment was later on confirmed by an expert doctor from UT Southwestern). Besides, she accompanied me in weekly appointments, listening with empathy and answering my questions and concerns. Also, she advocated for me so that my insurance company would pay for the medication that I needed for my treatment. Furthermore, Dr Pablani's staff has been very caring and helpful during my long healing journey.Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Dr Pablani!

I usually do not write reviews for anything. But you guys need to be aware of the scams they are doing. I went in to get a physical done which is covered by insurance and is free of cost. I got a mail in my mailbox saying that I have to pay $30 and on top $25 for a no show appointment which I clearly canceled on phone and text both. When I called the front desk lady obviously couldn't give me a straight reason she was just fumbling around with words. I m not being petty about $55 I honestly don't care about that, it's the principle and scam behind it which is so wrong. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Honestly the provider doesn't even see you it's the nurse practitioner who does and she isn't great either. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
I always had a problem with scheduling appointment. In phone call they say a provider name but they schedule appointment with a different provider. After going to the facility I need to wait extra time for actual provider. They can surely improve on scheduling appointments and communicating providers name appropriately to patient prior to the appointment.No one wants to spend extra time for staffs inefficiency in scheduling appointment and communicating properly.
